Match the category to the assignment
The useful choice starts with people, luggage and road context.
A vehicle category is only useful when it fits the complete movement. An executive sedan may suit a principal passenger and city meetings, while an SUV or 4x4 may offer more luggage capacity or route flexibility. A van can simplify group movement, but passenger count, baggage and presentation requirements still need to be checked together.
Photographs communicate category and presentation rather than live inventory. Your written proposal identifies the exact locally available vehicle or an agreed equivalent, the driver arrangement and the conditions attached to the service.
- Passengers and luggage Share both counts; nominal seating alone does not confirm practical luggage capacity.
- Route and timings City schedules, waiting periods and onward routes can change the appropriate vehicle and driver plan.
- Service format Chauffeur-driven service is the principal request type; self-drive terms are reviewed individually.
