From arrival to the working day
Airport pickup is often only the first movement.
A useful Luanda request places the arrival inside the wider schedule. Include the airport or terminal information available, hotel or residence, offices, meetings, hosted dinners, waiting periods and the final drop-off. If passenger groups arrive separately, identify who travels together and where each handover occurs.
This structure helps determine whether one chauffeur-driven vehicle can cover the programme or whether separate vehicles and drivers should be considered. It also allows luggage capacity and presentation requirements to be evaluated before a category is recommended.
- Arrival and meet point Flight or terminal details, passenger names, contact method and onward address.
- Business-day sequence Meeting times, waiting expectations, offices, hotels and later collections in one timeline.
- Passenger roles Principal travellers, accompanying team members and luggage allocated to the appropriate vehicle role.
